Artist Statement
Works with installation and assemblage, combining both processes to create final outcomes. Working with the theme of space and the experiences of space – the idea of memory plays an important part in how the works are created. She is a site responsive artist, using unknown spaces to keep the process instinctive. Her developing theme surrounds 5 aspects of space: the everyday/work/travel/art and education. These 5 elements are responded to in various ways, using various materials to encourage the audience to experience and respond using their own memories and considering their own spaces.
